Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any
reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase,
inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem
identified by us.

The products are not intended for resale.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout
process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s)
as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges
incurred with that order.

Please note that once Match Perfumes product has been
delivered, you will not be able to cancel the order or submit a refund request.

If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact Match
Perfumes Customer Service on WhatsApp (+92-330335-6007) or email us at
(hellomatchperfumes@gmail.com). Match Perfumes always tries to process your
requests promptly, but it may not always be possible to prevent an order from
being sent.

If you receive the wrong product, please inform our customer
service team, and they will send you the correct product immediately.

Match Perfumes reserves the right to refuse to return money
paid for any products in cases where it is clear that the goods have been used
(including but not limited to, tampering with their packaging, or not returning
them in their original packaging).

Some products are limited in quantities and units. Match
Perfumes reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer that
these orders cannot be completed unless you wish to accept substitute products
of equivalent quality and price.

Products on sale or discount are non-refundable
and can only be exchanged if manufacturing defects are found to be available,
after the product has been sent to Match Perfumes for evaluation.

This website delivers to Pakistan only.

We aim to deliver your order within 10-20 business days
after your order has been successfully confirmed.

However, there are remote locations within Pakistan which
will have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider.
For more information, please contact our Customer Service team.

Match Perfumes and shipment company won’t be liable for any
wrong delivery if the customer provides wrong shipment information related to
his/her order.
